**AccuWeather says the transition to autumn will bring cooler air and sweater weather to millions of Americans, while others will deal with lingering summer heat.

Long Range Expert Paul Patolek says areas of the Midwest will experience very pleasant stretches of fall weather, but some eastern and western states will face stubborn summer heat and humidity.

The warmest weather will be focused from California to Texas, northward into Oregon and Idaho.

**The USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service recently released its 2025 Land Values Summary.

The U.S. farm real estate value, a measurement of the value of all land and buildings on farms, averaged $4,350 per acre for 2025, up $180 per acre, or 4.3%, from 2024.

California was the most expensive, with farmland real estate valued at $13,700 per acre, up 2.2%.

U.S. cropland value averaged $5,830 per acre, an increase of $260, or 4.7%.

**While the original Make America Health Again Commission report said glyphosate and other pesticides may have a negative impact on children’s health, the upcoming report will be different.

EPA deputy administrator, Nancy Beck says it’s important to remember that EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin and Ag Secretary Brooke Rollins are members of the Commission.
