The Chapter Connect program is bringing FFA chapters and students together from across the country in a new and meaningful way, according to the National FFA Association Belonging and Engagement Manager Lloyd Graham.
“So we connect people based off of demographics, community type, program type to essentially build authentic relationships with one another, and then also learn, engage, and grow together.”
Graham says the program evolved from a recognized need to keep students connected beyond the three days of the National FFA Convention,.
“Chapter Connect was built to allow chapters to connect before convention, so they got a feel for each other, got to know each other a little bit, and then they actually met in person at convention. But the goal being to continue that relationship after convention.”
Thirty-two chapters are participating in the FFA Connect program.
