Colorado Corn Survey

Colorado Corn Survey

Colorado Corn staff is conducting a survey to learn more about the state's corn producers and others in the agriculture industry communication preferences, to continue developing effective programs and strengthening communications. Colorado Corn Communications Director Eric Brown says that in addition to their members receiving the survey by mail and electronically

Brown: "Also corn producers who might not be members, agribusiness who we communicate with. Basically we are sending it out to probably several thousand people — between our e-newsletters and our print newsletters — just wanting to hear back from anybody we communicate with on trying to develop as effective programs as we can and find out the specific ways that people like to get their information."

Brown encourages people to fill out and return the surveys. He continues

Brown: "We want to make sure — both with the one penny per bushel that the Colorado Corn Administrative Committee invests and The Colorado Corn Growers dues that we investing into programs — above all we want to be sure we are being as effective as possible with those dollars and make sure that we are doing what our corn producers and what the agriculture industry is wanting us to do with that. At the same time we want to be sure we are communicating what we are doing with those dollars as effectively as possible. So we are really just trying to get this survey out in front of as many people as we possible to the best of our ability."
