BASF-Endura Pro Pt 2

From the Ag Information Network, I’m Bob Larson. Finding the right crop protection tools can be “hit and miss”, but BASF has a new fungicide for potato growers that builds off a previous version of a very successful product.

Curtis Rainbolt, Technical Service Rep for BASF, says Endura “Pro” can do even more…

RAINBOLT … “What we know when we’re looking, going after white mold in particular, and also for early blight, is we’re most successful, especially in the Pacific Northwest, if we time that first application prior to row closures so it lets us get that spray down where we need it lower in the canopy to get some protection.”

And the biggest difference? …

RAINBOLT … “So, what’s new about Endura Pro versus

Endura is that “Pro” part. And so, we have a product on the market called Provisol which is an excellent product for early blight, brown spot and some other diseases, but we’ve taken that and we’ve combined it into a liquid formulation. You’re getting two active ingredients in one formulation.”

So, if Endura Pro sounds good to you, Rainbolt says it’s available …

RAINBOLT … “Yeah, it is available for sale this season. And the best way to find it or find out more about it would either be to contact your local BASF Rep or your local retail crop advisor. They have plenty of access to it as well.”

That is BASF Technical Service Rep, Curtis Rainbolt.

He says contact your local BASF Rep for more information on Endura Pro.
