I’m Bob Larson. The 8th Annual Ag World Golf Classic, that raises funds for the Ronald McDonald House in Spokane, is back on schedule after a year rocked by pandemic-related delays and restrictions.

Ag World CEO, Bryan Henninger says this tournament was a vision of his father Warren Henninger, who passed away last summer, and has been well supported over the years …

HENNINGER … “We raised over $93 thousand last year so our cumulative total for the last seven years is over $520 thousand. So, everybody that’s participated has really, really helped support the Ronald McDonald House.”

Which, Henninger says is there to support kids and their families in the Columbia Basin region …

HENNINGER … “It’s just been a great opportunity to bring people together to support this because when a family gets hit with their kid, all of the sudden, in the ICU, it’s like the carpet’s pulled out from underneath them. And, the Ronald McDonald House is there to come along side and give them a place to stay and just support them.”

Henninger says there is still time to sign up for the June 8th and 10th tournament dates …

HENNINGER … “Go to www.agworldgolf.com. You can register there. You can sign up to be a Sponsor or a Hole Sponsor or a Hole Host. There’s lots of different ways to get involved.”

Tune in tomorrow for more on the 8th Annual Ag World Golf Classic with funds going to Spokane’s Ronald McDonald House.

The Ag World Golf Classic is scheduled for June 8th at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick … and June 10th at The Links at Moses Point in Moses Lake.
