A Symposium in order to Focus on Consumer Trends that are Shaping Investment in Agriculture and I had a question for Randy Dickhut, senior vice president of real estate operations at Farmers National Company. “To what extent are the millennials influencing the food chain? You read articles every little bit about some of their different preferences as the millennials gradually become a more affluent buying group therefore food and leisure and some things change because they have different preferences and so that buying influence is exerted on the market. Just like as a baby boom generation rolled through at a certain time in life exerted a lot of those influences too. Now as part of that generation we're older we have other influences our diets. If you dwell on the diet and food consumption part of it as part of the population is aging or a large part that's changing the diet preferences and food preferences and restaurant preferences at the same time you've got the millennials who are much more aware of some of the issues going on and preferences whether it's GMO or organic natural whatever those might be. Besides the technology to keep up on such things.
