More On Immigration Reform. I'm Greg Martin with today's Line On Agriculture.

Dan Fazio with the Washington Farm Labor Association says normally no news is good news, but not when it comes to immigration reform.

FAZIO: We just recorded a 20 minute webcast about immigration reform with Steve Miller, a prominent immigration attorney from Seattle.  Steve works for companies like the Fred Hutch Cancer Centers, high tech, and other businesses on immigration issues and he's a past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Assn. He gave us an overview of the Big Picture of immigration reform. it's not that great of news.

Fazio says this was their fifth in a series of immigration reform webcasts.

FAZIO: Immigration reform for this year is a 50-50 proposition.  It is a priority but it is definitely behind government funding, shutting down the government, Syria, the farm bill, and the healthcare debates. The House is still looking at individual bills to solve individual problems.  Of course, one of them is the agricultural workforce bill.  But our expert, Steve Miller, thinks that this is not possible.
