08/02/07 Immigration Gumballs

Understanding immigration issues is complicated and touchy. There is a poignant clip on You Tube that clarifies the perils we face if we continue to allow the great migration from south of the border. It is titled Immigration Gumballs, I urge you to watch it and you'll realize that if congress doesn't lower the annual number of immigrants to the amount established in 1965 the United States as we know it will cease to exist for our children and grandchildren. The millions flooding into this country will not only destroy our social patterns but our resources; our parks, beaches, wildlife and schools. No community large or small will escape the ravishes of what has occurred in California. While we flatter ourselves for humanitarian efforts to harbor poor Mexicans equally deserving, and people 10 times more impoverished than the average Mexican will never get the opportunity to come to America. Isn't it interesting that while Mexico exports it's citizens like some commodity, their own southern border remains heavily secured.
