**China sharply reduced soybean imports from the U.S. in June, while purchases from Brazil continued to climb.
Reuters says Chinese data shows June U.S. soybean imports totaled 1.27 million metric tons, down 20.6% from a year earlier, while Brazil’s rose 13.7%.
For the first six months of the year, China imported 9.31 million metric tons of U.S. soybeans, a 42.4% decline from last year, while Brazil’s grew 9.1%.
