According to Elizabeth Lizberg, CEO of Camp Rainbow Gold, the camp is a nonprofit organization serving Idaho children diagnosed with cancer and their families. Camp Rainbow Gold is a summer oncology camp, a sibling camp, and a family camp. It’s a place kids can find friends and a community of those who “get it”, and a place kids can temporarily escape their diagnosis. Camp Rainbow Gold is also building its permanent home, Hidden Paradise, which is Idaho’s only medical camp, complete with a medical office and accessible facilities. This means that other nonprofits can use this site too—so kids with all kinds of medical needs have a safe and accessible place to go to camp. We're proud to support their mission and help share their story as they kick off an important fundraiser. camprainbowgold.org/about/ . The Idaho agricultural community is playing a key fundraising role with this precious resource for Idaho’s children in need of care .
