FFA Raffle
The 15th annual Idaho FFA Foundation Scholarship Raffle drawing was held just outside of Star Idaho, and it was kicked off by local farmer Sid Freeman. Over 5,200 tickets were sold, raising more than $100,000 for local FFA chapters and scholarships for FFA members.Welcome and hello everyone! We're excited to be here at Phillip and Susie Phillips Cattle Ranch here in star, Idaho for the 15th Annual Idaho FFA Foundation's Scholarship Raffle drawing. Thank you so much to all of the FFA members, advisors, sponsors, and ticket buyers for making this program such a huge success. Without it, we wouldn't be able to do this. My wife, Pam and I are so happy to have seen how this program has grown since we started it in 2010. I am proud to share with you that the Idaho FFA Foundation has awarded $30,000 in the form of raffle scholarships program. Speaker1: Idaho Lieutenant Governor Scott Bedke drew the names of the winners, including an RZR trail 900 Grand Prize. Speaker3: I think this signals statewide support for a very, very worthy cause, and that is the FFA Foundation and the scholarships that it provides. Speaker4: Now for the grand prize winner of the 2024 Polaris Razor Ultimate trail 900. Speaker3: All right. For the grand prize, we have Glenn Dodge from Palmer, Idaho. Speaker2: Wow. All right. Speaker3: It's a good day for Idaho FFA. Speaker1: As far as I'm concerned. If you're in FFA, every day is a great day.
