Barbed wire, or any wire fence for that manner, can be hard to see and may be a liability to unsuspecting animals or people who are traveling at fast speeds. Donald Kaleta from Mom and Pop products has found an answer. “We don’t manufacture barb wire fences, what we do is manufacture a product that makes barbed wire fences more visible, and safer for wildlife, livestock, and humans by making it visible long before an animal, whether it be a bird or an animal on foot or a human who gets close to that fence and recognizes that there is a wire barrier there and stops the impact damage, whether it’s damag to the fence or damage to the animal or to the human who might have inadvertently impacted that fence. We manufacture a stainless steel K clip as well as a 3” x 5” plastic hand tag that hangs in free suspension from our stainless steel K clip. It attaches to any commonly used wire fence, slip resistant but at the same time it supports the tag so that it moves in free suspension motion, basically there’s a hanger hole and the clip supports the tag and in any type of breeze the tag is able to move and the white collar combined with the tag compels visual detection.
