The 2024 crop forecast is strong, with projections of over 2.7 billion pounds of almonds to be harvested, keeping California firmly at the helm of global almond production, which accounts for 80% of the world’s supply.

Innovations in sustainable farming and water management practices are helping almond growers cope with ongoing drought conditions. By embracing new technologies, growers are boosting yields while minimizing their environmental impact.
