This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Cattle kicked the week off by giving back some of the gains from last week. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Up 1 ¼, to finish at 6-06 ¼. July Corn was Up 16 ½, to finish the day at 5-71. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Up 1 ½, to settle at 8-25 ¾.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch, ranging from 7-40 to 7-65. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for July were Unch, ranging from 7-00 to 7-40. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Aug. were Up 2 ¼, ranging from 8-92 ¾ to 9-07 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Aug. were Up 5 ½, ranging from 8-92 ½ to 8-97 ½.

Live Cattle for Aug. was Dn $.70, closing at 163.60. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Dn $.20, to finish the day at 234.90. June Class III milk was Up $.26 to settle at 16.32.
