This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Monday. Last weeks weekly cattle on feed report, drove prices higher despite consumer concerns of higher priced beef. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Dn 7, to finish at 6-73. July Corn was Dn 10 ¾, to finish the day at 6-15 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Dn 1 ¼, to settle at 8-25 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch – Dn 10, ranging from 7-60 to 7-90. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June were Dn 10 - Unch, ranging from 7-40 to 7-65. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were Dn 11 ¼ - 1 ¼, ranging from 9-40 ½ to 9-70 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were Dn 09 ½, ranging from 9-30 ¾ to 9-40 ¾.

Live Cattle for June was Up $.17 ½, closing at 164.52 ½. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Up $.35, to finish the day at 229.87 ½. June Class III milk was Dn $.14, to settle at 17.32.
