This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Monday. China comes in big with the 2nd largest buy ever in the corn market as prices find another new high to close the week. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices f or March closed the day up 16, to finish at 663. March Corn was up 12 ½ to close at 547. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March. were up 12, to settle at 638.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were Unch, to settle at 7-30. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for March was Unch, ranging from 7-00 to 7-20. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for March were up 12, ranging from 7-68 to 7-78. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March was up 14, ranging from 7-38 ½ to 7-63 ½.

Live Cattle for April were dn $.85, closing at 121.85. March Feeder cattle were dn $2.07 ½, to finish the day at 137.72 ½. March Class III milk was dn $.08, at 16.64.
