Ranch-Way Feeds Acquired by Hubbard Feeds

Recently a Colorado-based company Ranch-Way Feeds a company with a 60 year history was recently acquired by Hubbards Feed which is a division of Ridley which is one of the country’s largest feed companies.Ridley CEO and President Steve VanRoekel shares more details
VanRoekel: “Ranch-Way is going to be a terrific fit for our Hubbard Feed division. It is a business that operates very much like Hubbard and its other 19 manufacturing plants across the United States in that they manufacturing and market a wide range of meat, milk and egg production feeds as well as products for companion animals and equine. They do that through a number of dealers in the Rocky Mountain region. So for us with existing plants in places like — Bismarck, ND, and Rapid City, SD and Belot, Kansas, Columbus, Nebraska — it made it a perfect fit for our business and a perfect addition to our family of plants.”
VanRoekel continues
VanRoekel: “We like the things that Ranch-Way has always done. We know and appreciate that the brand is very recognizable in Colorado and else where and so we expect to maintain the brand in a number of places moving forward.”
