“The world is facing a supply crisis, though, when it comes to liquid fuels, we're seeing that play out in places all over the world because of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, and that's one reason we're seeing ethanol exports from the US really booming right now, because, again, governments around the world, consumers around the world, are looking to extend short fuel supplies during this time of crisis and very high prices. And so we are seeing that reflected in exports. We're off to a record start for US, ethanol exports in 2026. We had a record year in 2025. We're expecting to eclipse that this year, and again, that's because countries around the world are looking for lower-cost fuels, available fuels from safe supply sources. And that's exactly what they're finding with us ethanol.”
