From the Ag Information Network, I’m Bob Larson. Potato Expo 2026, North America’s largest annual potato industry conference and trade show, is fast approaching, January 6-8 in Dallas, Texas.
National Potato Council CEO Kam Quarles says he was just at the Gaylord Texan and he believes you’ll be impressed …
QUARLES … “Not only the physical facility, but also what Hollee and the team have put together this Expo in terms of its breadth and substance is clearly going to be the best one that we’ve ever had and it’s very exciting to watch it all coming together.”

This year’s Potato Expo will feature over 30 educational sessions and 180 exhibitors filling up over 100,000 square feet of trade show space, and will emphasize innovation and advocacy.
