Big things are happening for America’s peanut growers, and it all starts with a little Golden Ticket from Walmart.

Each year, Walmart’s Open Call highlights products made, grown, or assembled right here in the United States. And this year, two peanut-powered brands took home the prize. Today, we are telling their stories.

First up is Mission MightyMe, a brand on a mission to end food allergies, starting with peanuts. Their Nutty Puffs help families safely introduce nuts early, and come 2026, they will hit Walmart shelves nationwide. That is not just good news for parents, it is great news for peanut farmers across the Southeast.

Then there is Marimix, known for its crunch-baked snack mixes. Founder Mari Fassett turned a near-fatal brain aneurysm into a comeback story that is now bound for Sam’s Club shelves. This win celebrates resilience, second chances, and the growing demand for nutritious snacks and healthier alternatives.

Recognition like this gives small brands a big boost and drives real growth, more peanut products, and stronger demand for the U.S. farmers who make it all possible.
