Peace of Mind In Water Monitoring

Every farm would like to have more resources, be that land or money or help. But the most scarce resource on most farms is probably the farmer’s time. Andrew Coppin of Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions says their water monitoring technology can both save time and gain some peace of mind when it comes to one of the farm’s most important tasks.
Coppin... "”Yeah, the feedback we typically get from customers, and I hear most often, is that we are just saving ranches and farmers an incredible amount of time, and maybe most importantly, giving them peace of mind. What I think a lot of people underestimate is the amount of time farmers and ranchers spend worrying about all the things that they cannot see. I've never met a rancher with time on their hands. I've never met a rancher with a bottom on the to-do list. But the one job that has to happen every single week, if not every single day in the height of summer, is driving to check water. And so when we can remove that challenge for them and put real time alerts in their pocket, on their cell phone or on their computer at their office so they can know when they've got a problem. When they've got a problem, it's an incredible relief to them that they know without going there that the water in their back pasture or on the other part of the ranch, 50 miles down the road is all okay today. And if I don't make it there, the cattle are gonna be okay.”
