While artificial intelligence may displace some jobs, it will also enable whole new ways of doing things. Imagine machinery that is able to adjust real time based on what it’s sensing in the crop and the environment. And that is just the beginning. Untether AI’s Chris Walker says making these capabilities widely available is a game changer.

Walker… “ The cool thing about it's taking all these inputs and it's able to make decisions in some cases, real time, some cases while things are moving. And what it opens up is an ability to take in so much information sources. Take in volumes of data volumes and volumes, massive amount of history, and quickly act on it. Or to take in inputs that any one of us might be very good at, from an intuition standpoint. But maybe the whole range of data might be too much or overwhelming for any one person. And computers help accelerate that. For any one individual company or farmer, you now have the ability to access and work with massive volumes of input and insights.”

That’s Untether AI’s Chris Walker.
