This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Monday. Grains finished the week under pressure, as volatile weather patterns remain a factor. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Sept. closed the day Dn 6 ¼, to finish at 7-46 ½. Dec. Corn was Dn 32 ¾, to finish the day at 5-88. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Sept. were Dn 10 ¾, to settle at 8-61 ¾.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch – Dn 15, ranging from 7-40 to 8-00. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Aug. were Unch – Dn 05, ranging from 7-40 to 7-60. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Aug. were Dn 10 ¾, ranging from 9-06 ¾ to 9-11 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Aug. were Dn 10 ¾, ranging from 9-43 ¾ to 9-53 ¾.

Live Cattle for Aug. was Dn $.37 ½, closing at 170.77 ½. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Up $3.27 ½, to finish the day at 233.95. July Class III milk was Up $.06, to settle at 15.35.
