Potato Expo 2023 Pt 2
From the Ag Information Network, I’m Bob Larson. The 2023 Potato Expo is right around the corner, January 4th and 5th at the Gaylord Rockies Resort near the Denver airport.
National Potato Council Vice President, Hollee Alexander says after a couple of challenging years it will be great to see everyone again …
ALEXANDER … “This year, we’re really focused on getting everybody back together, reconnected, opportunities to catch up and see people that you haven’t seen in the last two or three years.”
NPC President, Kam Quarles says many topics will be on the Potato Expo agenda …
QUARLES … “We’re going to hit all of those issues and also look forward and we’re running up into a Farm Bill year. What’s the new political environment mean for writing a new Farm Bill? What’s the benefits that that can provide?”
Quarles says this should be one of the best Potato Expos ever …
QUARLES … “It’s really fun to see this all grow and evolve, and we think we’re gong to put something together that’s really special for the industry here in just, hard to believe, but two months, a little over two months from now.”
And to register, Alexander says it’s easy …

The Potato Expo is set for January 4th and 5th at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Aurora, Colorado.
