New CASE IH Partnership Providing Technician Training for CA Students

Case IH announced a new partnership with CNH Industrial, their dealer network, and some of North America’s top technical colleges to overcome a shortage of repair technicians. Pete Steiner is the manager of Top Tech for Case IH. He says they want to get young people involved in diesel and agricultural technology.

“So, the Top Tech program offers a connection between our dealers, the colleges, and tech schools to identify the technicians of the future. We'll give our students access to a variety of equipment. They'll be able to work on the latest tractors, combines, planters, a whole line of equipment, including some construction equipment. They'll get firsthand experience working on mechanical and hydraulic systems, engine diagnostics, repair, electronic circuitry, computer systems, computer technology, precision, all areas that are important in servicing our equipment.”

“Your local Case IH dealer can recommend and guide you to a participating technical college. There, you'll need to be accepted into a Diesel, Agriculture, or Construction Technology Program and, with that, you'll be able to start working on the latest equipment in the agriculture industry. You can also find out additional information on participating schools and a dealership locator by going to our website CNHITopTech.com. There you'll find out details about the schools, and dealers that support Top Tech, as well as information about what you will learn. We have frequently asked questions and more details, so check out CNHITopTech.com.”
