Harvust With a "U" Pt 1
I’m Bob Larson. Harvust, with a “U”, is an ag-focused tech startup that aims to improve bringing on new employees to the farm, and training methods and communications in the process.
Harvust was formed three years ago by Walla Walla natives James Hall and Riley Clubb as a way to make the process easier and more efficient. Clubb says it’s for any farmer who has to hire a crew every year …
CLUBB … “Basically, if you have agricultural employees, maybe, let’s say you have more than about a dozen or so, then you could really use tools like Harvust.”
And, Clubb says every farmer has different hiring and
training challenges …
CLUBB … “Tree fruit is definitely a big kind of customer segment for us because they get these really spikes in labor demand where they need to go from, you know, 20 employees to 40 employees in about a week, and we can help make all of that really smooth and fast and accurate.”
For more information on Harvust, Clubb says they’re easy to find …
CLUBB … “If people go to Harvust, again with a ‘U’ dot com, we have all kinds of videos, information, customers kind of sharing their stories about what they’ve experienced using Harvust, and then a big ‘Contact Us’ button.”
Clubb says Harvust is quick, easy and cost effective.
Tune in tomorrow for more on improving your farm hiring needs with Harvust.
