Grass Small Squares: Premium 275.00-315.00 (9.00 per bale), Retail/Stable.

Southwest Colorado Areas

The price spread between dairy quality alfalfa and grinder hay continues to grow due to inventories. The U.S Drought Monitor’s Summary shows some moderate drought (D1) was added over northeast Colorado with YTD precipitation 50 to 65 percent of normal. Stream flows were also running well below normal for this area.
