This is Tom Allen with the Market Line Report. Livestock producers enjoying some demand as feeder cattle are climbing Here's Virginia Mcgathey from the floor of the CME in Chicago to share more on the beef market.

Chicago May Wheat prices closed yesterday up 3, at 448 1/4. May corn ended the day dn 2, at 363 ½.

Portland prices for soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for March ended the day up 3.00 ranging from 4.7450-4.9950. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11 ½ % protein, prices for March were up 1.75, ranging from 5.0825-5.2325. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Feb. were dn 1.50 ranging from 6.2425-6.2925.

Feb.Live Cattle were up $.37 ½, at 106.12 ½. March Feeder cattle were up $1.25 at 117.92 ½. Dec. class III milk was up 4 cents at 15-88.
