Join Discussion About New Ag Technologies

This week is the Colorado Farm Show in Greeley. As always, there will be lots to see and do if you are attending. Colorado Corn Communications Director Eric Brown reminds ag producers about a special discussion happening tomorrow, Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 at the Farm Show with a panel of different technology groups that Colorado Corn is facilitating. This is an opportunity for producers to connect directly with developers of Colorado’s innovative and emerging agricultural technologies.
Brown: “We have these local entrepreneurs who are putting out some great technologies for the ag world. I think we’ve got nine of these companies and interprets who want to sit in the same room with ag producers and get their thoughts on the products but also maybe asking about locations for testing. Just honest conversation with ag producers and retail dealers. Colorado Corn will be there to get the conversation going but then we want it to be a one-on-one conversation between the producers and these companies to make sure that is exactly what the producer wants and thats going to be something that will be beneficial on his operation.”
Some of the topics include: drones, animal health, industrial hemp, as well as several fertilizer topics. Again it will take place from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at the Island Grove Event Center in Greeley in the Grasslands Room.
