I’m beginning the challenge today with the goal to pay more attention to the quality of my calories by food journalling as they suggest. It is so easy. You will be surprised how number of foods are available in those app that make it super simple to log how much calories or protein you are getting. So keep it simple and don’t get down on yourself if you miss a day. You can always get right back on. The thing about it being a challenge is that it is going to be a little bit challenging and we want people to do that. But we know in a 30-day period, if it creates behavior change it is completely worth the time you put into it.
