Eggless Future

I will be the first to admit it. I'm not crazy about sticking egg laying chickens into tiny wire boxes that are barely as big as their bodies. But the way to do something about that situation is to, replace the egg? That is what a startup company in San Francisco's trying to do... Find replacements for eggs. Who is behind this effort? The same guy that wants a meatless future... Bill Gates. Let's hear from the Executive Director of the Idaho Cattlemen's Association, Wyatt Prescott to find out how he thinks. "I don't know if you recall the story where they cooked their first test tube burger, before you go any further, I interviewed you about that story, oh that's right. Anyway, I think when that kind of stuff happens we see some of these people who really don't understand the nations food supply and how we are feeding the world. They jump on different band wagons and then try to push for some of these crazy notions like non-meat. I think it's a good thing to keep in there and reminding our ag producers that there are people who don't get it and that there is further education that needs to be done and how they don't understand how we are producing their food and how we are so efficient in the food that we do produce but I don't think it's something to get really concerned or scared about. I will go back to how I opened up the newsletter and talked about the demographic they're in San Francisco while they may wear a little bit different clothing and have some different belief systems or maybe a different lifestyle altogether, there is still plenty of beef on their grills.
