So this is a wheelchair on rubber tracks. I ordered it on the spot. They needed a down payment and we sent them a down payment. Then I found a couple of friends around Ketchum and I said here is what we want to do. They got on board and before we knew it they had raised $20,000. We had to wait for the chair to arrive because the O'Reilly factor made their back order time about six months. The chair got delivered the first week in January and I said wouldn't it be neat if we got Gov. Otter involved in this so a mutual friend hooked me up with his office and before you know it we scheduled a date in the rotunda to present this chair and then we developed a ruse to get Andrew to the capital and surprise him with this whole thing.
