House Speaker John Boehner said "This problem's been around for at least the last 15 years. It's been turned into a political football, I think it's unfair. So I think it's time to deal with it. But how we deal with it is critically important." House Republicans are attending their three-day annual retreat.

It's time to participate in the third and final phase of the 2013 Agricultural Resource Management Survey. USDA Dep. Secy. Krysta Harden explains.

HARDEN: If you receive a form, I urge you to respond quickly. Keep in mind that the survey is an important tool that helps us serve you. We ask you to provide data on your farm operating costs for capital improvements, assets and debts for agricultural production. We'll ask you for farm related income, government payments, all farm income and operator and household characteristics for 2013.
