4-18 SS Horns and Hooks

 A couple of years ago I introduced you to Rex Peterson from Aberdeen, Washington was just launching a new magazine by the name of Horns and Hooks. Obviously the title gives away the theme of the magazine which is the great outdoors. That is a pretty ambitious undertaking. You have to find writers, advertising, printing and so on and Rex was taking on this project from scratch. Imagine my delight and surprise when I ran into Rex  at a sportsman’s show just recently. “Rex, It appears that you  have come quite a distance. Yes we have been working hard trying to get this off the ground and move forward. So you have gone from the magazine where you had readers submit their own stories and now you are going to be on a television show. Yes, Horns and Hooks TV premiers April 7 on Roots Sports Northwest. It will be Sunday morning at 8:30 Pacific time. What is going to be on the TV show? It is going to be hunting and fishing in the Northwest. Do you exclusively limit your self to the Northwest? Not just  the Northwest. But we do stay completely out West. We do focus on the Northwest about 90% of the time.
