1-3 IAN Rant Response

 I did a recent report/rant on new Department of Labor Regulations proposing that children be limited in terms of the amount of work they can do on farms. I got this e-mail from a listener.  I listen to KBOI every morning on my commute and always look forward to hearing the AG segment. I really like hearing about ag issues and ag news. I am not in an ag-related industry, or even close, and I didn't grow up on a farm or ranch, though I did grow up around agriculture and had many friends from farms and ranches. My wife did grow up on a farm and still has family in the industry.

Your segment this morning regarding kids on farms is very disturbing, though not too surprising. I realize that every freedom and individual liberty we cherish in this country is under attack. Your daily radio segment provides me, a person not connected to agriculture, a valuable perspective on the world that I cannot get anywhere else. I really appreciate and enjoy all of the topics. I thought you should know you have listeners, and not all of them farmers and ranchers. Keep it up.
