 Are you kidding me? Are you serious? The expletive deleted government is now meddling in the affairs of parents and their relationship with kids on farms. A recent report suggests that the US Department of Labor Regulations is proposing that the work kids do on farms be restricted… you kidding me?

 Imagine a world where a kid is raised on a farm and is asked by his dad to go out and milk the cow and then reminds his father that the US Department of Labor Regulations says that that is not allowed. Playing video games I can do says the child, but driving a tractor and or cleaning up the barn is forebotten. Who is in charge of this country? Where is it going? We are already so soft, we are so spoiled, we are so lazy that we are getting beaten in every corner of the world. Look at the Chinese. Look at their children. They get all A’s in school, they lead the world in mathematics, technology and the sciences. Do you suppose there’s a no-work order  for children there in China?

Here’s another look at it. Smack your child on the rear end for being defiant. I didn’t say beat, I said one smack. Expect a call from Child Protection Services. Hey people, if I sound like a raving maniac, it’s for good reason. I have lost my sanity. You know who is at fault? The government. It has driven me crazy.
