Fruit in Salad & Wine
Welcome to Vine to Wine this is your host Linda Moran. As the summer moves on I am eating so much fruit and I have a new salad recipe that includes cantaloupe to pair with a chilled Riesling.
Ahhh there is nothing quite like a vine ripe cantaloupe. It is fabulous sliced and wrapped in a salty slice of prosciutto ham or halved and used as a bowl for homemade ice cream.
