How to Grow Your Profits. I'm Greg Martin with today's Fruit Grower Report. A lot of producers would love to grow their profits. After all, that really is what every business is about. At this year's annual Producer Marketing's Fresh Summit in Orlando Anthony Totta, founder and CEO of Grow My Profits discussed how they can help producers do just that. TOTTA: Well it's easy for me to use my experience to impact the success of our clients because I am passionate about working with them anyway possible to help them be more efficient, market better, etc. Totta says that if he doesn't have the answer a client needs he is more than willing to refer them to someone who does. TOTTA: We really look at the bottom line. It's all about the bottom line and we're called Grow My Profits because it's our goal to grow the profits of our clients and we do that by helping them grow sales and cut costs. Identifying inefficiencies in the organization and think outside the box in other ways they might market their product or expand their product lines. Experience has led Totta to being able to help producers. TOTTA: After all these years I'm able to quickly identify areas of strengths that they can capitalize on, point out the point of difference that they need to promote and take it to the right people. I mean this is all about the consumer winning, the distributor winning and the shipper winning and the growers that back up that shipping operation. That's today's Fruit Grower Report.
