If I asked you to name a few celebrities who refuse to eat beef it wouldn't be that difficult, you see the press has done a great job of promoting vegetarianism and while most of us know that Ted Turner raises grass fed buffalo what notable person comes tip of mind when the cattle industry is mentioned? Mr. Norman's intent isn't to challenge US cattle producers but he did see a niche for premium beef he could fill. He found the category of USDA Prime shrinking in our country so he banked on Americans' fascination with anything Australian (think of the success of Aussie wine) and created top end Prime beef . Using his clout and fortune Pro-Golfer Greg Norman known as the Great White Shark plans to give surf and turf a whole new meaning in 2008.
