If you are helping manage the financial side of a poultry or egg operation, there is a lot coming at the industry right now. From changing tax policies and export opportunities to artificial intelligence and workforce challenges, today’s business environment is moving fast.

To help industry professionals stay ahead of those changes, the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association is hosting its annual Financial Management Seminar June 30 through July 2 on Amelia Island, Florida.

The seminar will bring together poultry and egg industry leaders for discussions on Washington updates, tax and economic outlooks, artificial intelligence policy, cash management, investment strategies, insurance trends and protein market analysis. Breakout sessions will also focus on budgeting, forecasting, tax incentives and employee engagement.

Aaron Weaver, corporate controller for Butterball LLC and chair of the program planning committee, says, “Today’s financial leaders are expected to do far more than manage the numbers.”

Attendees can earn up to 12 continuing professional education credits during the event.
