10/02/06 Redden`s ruling: NWBA

To say the Idaho congressional delegation is upset with US District Court Judge James Redden's decision about Snake River water is an understatement. "Outrage" is the word used by Senators Larry Craig and Mike Crapo who were backed by Congressman Mike Simpson and Butch Otter when they vowed to 'turn back this explicit threat to Idaho's water and future.' Canada had pledged the most of the 20 nations taking part in Kyoto, and their with drawl muddies future international global warming negotiations . Funny, the reason Canada cited for their abrupt withdrawal is the fact Kyoto lacks a provision for major polluters like China, now home to the worlds ten most polluted cities. Now that hardly seems fair that China with its exploding economy gets off scott free while other so called rich countries Northwest Report Bill Scott
