Gripp's Platform For Operational Record Keeping

The modern farm has a lot of assets, and getting the most from those assets is how farmers hope to keep the business alive. Technology can help, says Gripp CEO Tracey Wiedmeyer. They’ve built a platform for operational record keeping on the farm. Originally focused on equipment tracking, they’ve expanded to all operational assets.
Wiemeyer… “ Any sort of digital note that you would wanna track on anything you own. So that the obvious parts there are like maintenance, right? When did I service it last? When do I service it next? Those are table stakes. But then what have I spent on this in terms of emergency repairs? Or what does it look like to train somebody on how to use this thing? What are the five grease zerks that a new H2A laborer needs to be aware of when they're doing their daily greasings. Invoices manuals, things like that. And then you get away from the equipment into, things like we do some cherry disease tracking. And so that now can be centralized in a single place with the history of that tracking. The things that make you successful have either paper checklists or they have service intervals or emergencies or conversations that your team has that you wanna centralize.”
