Tractor Tuesday is a software company that recently launched an auction platform specializing in farm equipment and machinery. This innovative platform also houses a foundation for a nonprofit initiative called Farm Athletes, which supports farm and ranch kids who attend college and play collegiate sports inspired by the legalization of the name, image likeness agreement. CEO, Zach Bosle founded this initiative to combine his two passions, athletics and agriculture.

“These farm athletes are coming to us with the expectation to be potentially a brand ambassador, influencer, if you will, for the Tractor Tuesday brand. And that's, that's really what we're trying to dig into, is, you know, how can we really find a walk on athletes that happen to be from a farmer ranch background? Because it is hard to stick with the program for three or maybe four seasons, and you're basically just volunteering your time and your life you know, not only to your classes you know, but also it's like 100 hour a week job to be a student-athlete.”

Tractor Tuesday signs students to non exclusive one year brand ambassadorships through farm athletes, unlike many NIL deals, these agreements are designed to support Farm and Ranch kids in college Sports without binding them to a single contract. For more information, log on to tractortuesday.com.
