As technology makes irrigation systems more dynamic and complex, it’s important that farmers and their employees have clear and easy-to-use tools to take full advantage of the benefits of technology. Irrigation leader Lindsay Corporation recently unveiled their FieldNET NextGen user interface that director of ag technology Tanner Oliphant says will add on to their track record of success.

Oliphant… “A lot of growers probably are familiar with the Zimmatic Center Pivot, which is kind of a household name in irrigation. Now it's known for quality, innovation. You know, you're gonna get a multi-generational center pivot.”

Oliphant says the new FieldNext NextGen platform will really provide extra value based on grower feedback throughout the years.

Oliphant… “We just launched what we call our new FieldNET user interface FieldNET NextGen, where that took a lot of the, the feedback from the old platform of things that growers want and really, puts the, the information that the growers really wanna see front and center in that platform. Whether it's on their desktop computer, on their phone, their tablet, to really give them a lot of data layers and be able to make better informed decisions more efficiently within that FieldNET NextGen platform. So, you know, a lot of the enhancements have been, you know, with technology, are gonna be in the software, in the user interface, in the customer experience, and what they can get out of that platform.”
