This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. The Beef market rally continues with no sing of slowing down. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Sept. closed the day Dn 13 ½, to finish at 6-52 ¼. Dec. Corn was Dn 5 ¾, to finish the day at 5-07 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Sept. were Dn 8 ¼, to settle at 8-04 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Dn 20, ranging from 6-80 to 7-50. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Oct. were Dn 20 - 10, ranging from 6-85 to 7-35. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Oct. were Dn 11 ¾, ranging from 8-37 ¾ to 8-42 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Oct. was Unch- Dn 5, settling at 9-19 ½.

Live Cattle for Aug. was Up $2.30, closing at 181.82 ½. Sept. Feeder Cattle were Up $2.70, to finish the day at 251.90. Aug. Class III milk was Dn $.24 to settle at 17.45.
