This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Wheat led the grain market yesterday pushing higher, as Corn prices followed suit. Let’s go to Oliver Sloup with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Up 16, to finish at 6-22 ¼. July Corn was Up 6 ½, to finish the day at 5-77 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Up 15 ¾, to settle at 8-41 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch, ranging from 7-40 to 7-65. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for July were Up 05 - Unch, ranging from 7-05 to 7-40. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Aug. were Up 16, ranging from 9-08 ¾ to 9-23 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Aug. were Up 11 ¾, ranging from 9-04 ¼ to 9-09 ¼.

Live Cattle for Aug. was Dn $1.02 ½, closing at 162.57 ½. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Dn $1.42 ½, to finish the day at 233.47 ½. June Class III milk was Up $.23 to settle at 16.55.
