This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Friday. Corn continues to fall in an oversold market, despite solid planting efforts in the Midwest. Let’s go to Ted Seifried with the CME Group to find out more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for July closed the day Dn 12 ¾, to finish at 6-92 ¼. July Corn was Dn 19 ½, to finish the day at 5-81 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for July were Dn 18, to settle at 7-65 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch, ranging from 7-15 to 7-75. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for June were Unch, ranging from 7-15 to 7-60. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for June were Dn 18, ranging from 8-80 ¼ to 8-95 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were Dn 28, settling at 8-70.

Live Cattle for June was Up $.62 ½, closing at 165.20. Aug. Feeder Cattle were Up $.62 ½, to finish the day at 231.57 ½. June Class III milk was Up $.27, to settle at 17.45.
