This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Tuesday. Corn and Wheat firmed up yesterday despite of the geopolitical concerns between Russia and Ukraine. Let’s go to Virginia McGathey with CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day up 20 ½, to finish at 8-00 ½. March Corn was up 4 ¾, to close at 6-21. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were up 24 ¾, to settle at 8-18.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 10-20 to 14-00. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for March were Unch, ranging from 10-20 to 11-50. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for March were up 24 ¾, ranging from 9-93 to 10-18. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were up 12 ½, ranging from 10-57 ½ to 10-68 ½.

Live Cattle for April were dn $2.02 ½, closing at 140.07 ½. March Feeder cattle were dn $2.05, to finish the day at 161.25. March Class III milk was dn $.20 to settle at 21.55.
