This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. How a surge in Fertilizer prices could impact Soybean production plans in South America. Let’s go to Terry Roggensack with CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day up 17 ½, to finish at 8-18. March Corn was dn 1, to close at 6-20. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were up 16 ½, to settle at 8-34 ½.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein were Unch, ranging from 10-20 to 14-00. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for March were Unch, ranging from 10-20 to 11-50. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for March were up 16 ½, ranging from 10-09 ½ to 10-34 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were up 1 ¼, ranging from 10-56 ¼ to 10-67 ¼.

Live Cattle for April were up $.02 ½, closing at 140.10. March Feeder cattle were dn $1.40 to finish the day at 159.85. March Class III milk was dn $.74 to settle at 20.81.
