How do you continue to tell a community that has no evidence of coronavirus that they have to shut down - and send everyone home?

It's something many rural areas are struggling with right now.

Idaho Congressman Russ Fulcher says, that is particularly difficult in places across the West - like Idaho and other Northwestern States - where they are isolated from the virus.

Meanwhile - dairy farmers who are allowed to operate - continue to do so. Farmers and Ranchers have a big job, as the needs of the population who is still mostly at home continues to have a need for food.
